Middle School Youth Ministry
It is our desire that the Middle School Youth Ministry at Cornerstone Chapel is a place where students can grow in their relationship with the Lord and each other. We want them to know Christ, and make Him known to their generation. Our goal is to provide a balanced ministry consisting of God’s Word, worship, prayer, activities, and outreach.
For more information or any questions about the Middle School Youth Ministry, please contact Pastor Barrett Phillips at (703) 771-1500, or send an email to email@example.com.
YOUTH GROUP MEETING TIMES
Sunday Morning Youth Group at 9:00 & 10:15 a.m.
Wednesday Night Youth Group at 7:00 p.m.
The youth rooms are located at our West Campus at 741 (directly across the street from our Main Campus).
Youth group services begin with worship followed with a verse-by-verse teaching through the Bible. There is also time to hang out with other students before and after service.
Every month we have planned group events such as snow tubing, movie nights, and various local service projects within the community. Game Night takes place the last Wednesday night of every month. There are fun and crazy games followed by a time for prayer and opportunities to be with other students.

Youth camps are the highlight of the year in youth ministry!
Summer Youth Camp
Each Summer we travel out of town for an action packed, week-long overnight camp. There are opportunities for students to make new friends and participate in activities such as a zip line, giant swing, ropes course, swimming, kayaks, canoes, sailboats, games, and more! Most importantly, there is time for daily worship, Bible studies, and Time Alone With God (TAWG). To view our Summer Youth Camp webpage, click here.
Winter Youth Camp
Winter Youth Camp takes place over three days. Students are immersed in daily worship, Bible studies, and time alone with God. There are fun activities geared toward colder weather and opportunities to meet new friends. View our Winter Youth Camp webpage by clicking here.
Save the date! Winter Youth Camp 2015 dates are Monday, December 28-Thursday, December 31 at NorthBay in North East, MD.
The Middle School ministry does a short-term mission trip during the summer, every other year. Middle School mission trips are generally one week long and take place in country. Past mission trips to North Carolina, Ohio, and Virginia have allowed students to bring the love of Jesus to local communities. Students have helped to repair, clean, and perform maintenance on the properties and homes of underprivileged families. Mission trips are open to all students who have completed 7th or 8th grade.
