Patti Height knows the bondage that comes from believing and living in the deception of homosexuality. As a teen, Patti abused drugs and alcohol to bury her childhood trauma, and in her 20s embraced a gay, gender non-conformed identity, believing she was “born this way.” That all changed forever when Patti gave her heart to the Lord in 2003 after living years believing the lie that there was no hope for change. Patti wants the world to know that God desires to bring freedom not only to her, but to all who are held captive by sexual sin. In 2013, Patti began Out Of Egypt Ministries (OOEM) to help others find the same truth, peace, and healing she found in Jesus Christ. Out Of Egypt Ministries seeks to accomplish this by equipping Christians to reach out and minister to the LGBT community with the love and truth of the Gospel.
