The Harvest Party takes place each year, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on October 31, and is a fun & free alternative to Halloween for kids. There will be small prizes, candy, and many games and amusement rides for kids of all ages! We are excited to invite the entire community to join us for this event!

What time does the Harvest Party start?
The event runs from 6:00-9:00pm. Feel free to come and go as you please.

Where is the event located?
All events take place at our main campus at 650 Battlefield Pkwy SE. The games, rides, and inflatables for children are in The Park.

Can my child wear a costume?
Yes, but we do request no scary costumes, please.

Do I need to donate candy?
No, we provide all candy and prizes! However, you can make a monetary donation by giving online.

Will there be food?
Yes, we will have free cotton candy, popcorn, and funnel cakes. We will also sell a variety of food including chili, mac n’ cheese, hotdogs, and cornbread from McAlister’s Deli.

How will my child receive candy or small prizes?
We will give each child a bag when they arrive. Children will receive candy or a small prize at each game and ride.

Where can I park?
We would like all attendees to park in our main parking lot. Please use the Battlefield entrance. Cool Spring Elementary will be available for overflow parking.

What if it rains?
As long as the weather is not severe, the event will occur. Please check our website for any weather related updates.
