Pentecost: Then and Now
Acts 2
April 26, 2009
Acts (of the Apostles) New Testament

God chose the Feast of Pentecost – a feast the Jews had been celebrating for more than 1400 years – as the occasion for the outpouring of His Spirit. Acts 2 tells us this was the fulfillment of what the prophet Joel had spoken of: that God’s Spirit would be poured out “on all people.” So, then, is the baptism of the Spirit and all the gifts of the Spirit still available for Believers today? Find out in today’s study as Pastor Gary Hamrick shares part one from Acts chapter 2.
