Download Audition Packet
Download the audition packet which contains the backing tracks necessary to record your video.
– TWO –
Upload Video Please upload your audition video via YouTube.
If you do not already have a YouTube account, you will need to follow the link below and create one. Once logged in, publish as UNLISTED and use the title: YOUR NAME-CC WORSHIP AUDITION, and upload your video.

Submit Application
Submit your audition video by filling out the Worship Application below.
Include the YouTube link to your video(s) in the form.
