Why do we have a church database?
The church database helps us manage giving, event registration, volunteer applications, contact information, and more.
Why do we need a new church database?
Our current system is being retired in 2026 and will no longer be available for us to use, so we are moving our data into a new system.
Why do I need to create a new My CC account?
Legally, we cannot transfer logins from the old system to the new one. This is a safeguard designed to protect your data. If you give to the church and would like to download a giving statement at the end of the year, you will need to create a new My CC account. In addition, many of our event registration and volunteer forms require you to log in so that your personal information can be stored securely.
How do I know my data is safe?
We have strict policies, guidelines, and procedures for handling and storing records and personal data. We also review our policies and procedures regularly to stay current with industry standards.
How do I create a My CC account?
Instructions can be found at the top of the account creation screen.
Who should I include in my household?
Your household should include your dependents, such as a spouse and children. Do not include children older than 25 unless they still live with you and are dependent on you. If you give as a household, the giving applies to both spouses. If you are attempting to check-in your child, he/she must be listed in your household.
How do I manage who is in my household
Log in to your My CC account and view your family by scrolling down on your main profile page. If you need to add an individual to your household, click the Add New Family Member button at the bottom of the screen. If you need to remove an individual from your household, select the Request Profile Changes button under Account Management on the right side of your screen.
How do I edit my profile?
Select the Update Profile button in the middle of your screen. If you cannot update something, click the Request Profile Changes button under Account Management on the right sidebar.
How do I edit my child’s allergies, grade, or other information?
Verify that your child is in your household by scrolling down on your profile page. If you do not see your child, click Add New Family Member. Once your child is added, click the Edit pencil to the right of your child’s name.
How do I check my child into Children's Ministry?
Children’s Ministry provides check-in kiosks throughout the Atrium and Children’s Ministry wing for children’s check-in. At the kiosk, type in your phone number. If your phone number is the same as the one listed in your My CC account, your family will appear. Children listed in your family will be eligible for check-in according to their age and grade. If you need assistance, visit the Children’s Ministry desk in the Children’s wing.
How do I allow grandparents or guardians to check my children into Children’s Ministry?
There may be times when you are not with your child at check-in for Children’s Ministry, such as your child attending church with grandparents, aunts/uncles, siblings, neighbors, or close friends. Let us know if you would like to grant check-in privileges to individuals outside your immediate family by logging in to your My CC portal and clicking Grant Check-In Privileges under Account Management on the right sidebar.
How do I give?
There are three ways to give online:

Option 1: Log in to your My CC portal and click the Give Now button under Giving on the right sidebar.

Option 2: Download the Cornerstone Chapel Mobile App in your App Store. Log in with your My CC login to save your giving information and give easily by clicking the Give tab at the bottom right of your screen.

Option 3: Go to cornerstonechapel.net/give. This option does not require a login but will require you to enter your payment information instead of using saved payment information.

You can also give via cash or check by leaving gifts in our offering boxes or through the mail. We accept checks mailed through bank bill pay as well.
How do I set up recurring giving?
Log in to your My CC portal and click Give Now under Giving on the right sidebar. When prompted to select a frequency, select weekly, monthly, every two weeks, or twice a month. This will create a recurring giving schedule. To manage this giving schedule, click Manage Giving under Giving on the right sidebar.
How do I edit my giving payment method (credit/debit card or ACH)?
Log in to your My CC portal and click Manage Giving under Giving on the right sidebar. Click Edit Payment Details. By clicking Edit Payment Details you will be redirected to Subsplash (our giving provider), to manage your payment method within their site. You will not have to log in, just click Continue with Cornerstone Chapel. Once you make your edits you may close the site.
How do I view my giving history and download my year-end giving statement?
Log in to your My CC portal and select Giving History under Giving on the right sidebar.
I donate through a charitable fund. Is there anything I need to do?
No. Your charitable fund can continue mailing checks to the church. No updates or changes are needed.
How do I give other assets such as stock, crypto, etc.?

How do I subscribe or unsubscribe to church emails or text messages?
Log in to your My CC portal and select Manage Communication Preferences under Account Management on the right sidebar.
How do I request prayer?
Log in to your My CC portal and select Request Prayer under Church Life on the right sidebar.
How do I ask the church a question?
Log in to your My CC portal and click on Ask a Question under Church Life on the right sidebar.
How do I register for events?
View our events page. Events that require registration will have a registration link. Please make sure to register each individual from your household participating in the event. For example, if you are registering for an event and also registering your child for childcare, please select that you’ll be registering two people.
How do I see what events I’m registered for?
Log in to your My CC portal and view Recent Registrations on the right sidebar.
How do I sign up to serve?
Log in to your My CC portal and click on the Volunteer button under Church Life on the right sidebar.
How do I view and manage my volunteer schedule?
COMING SOON! In the future, volunteers will be able to view and manage serving schedules in the My CC portal.
How do I join a K-Group (small group)?
Log in to your My CC portal and click on the Join a K-Group button under Church Life on the right sidebar. Filter the map using the options at the top of your screen or view the list of K-Groups below the map. You can also simply zoom in on the map to find groups in your area! Click on a group to request to join.
