Our ministry’s goal is to connect volunteers with the needs of the church and local community. We want to place you according to your giftings, to meet any needs presented to us.
Volunteer opportunities that meet the physical needs of our congregation and community members. This includes food and supply distribution events, landscaping, help moving, transportation, and other outreach projects.
Volunteer opportunities that build relationships with the individuals seeking guidance and assistance with their life circumstances. These opportunities fall within four ministries, Friends & Neighbors, Life Groups, Interwoven, and Refugee Relief.
Friends & Neighbors: A trained volunteer group providing support to individuals and families experiencing a life crisis.
Interwoven: A trained volunteer group providing support for foster care, adoption and kinship families.
Life Groups: A trained volunteer group discipling women and men who are facing pregnancy decisions.
Refugee Relief: A volunteer group working together to support displaced Afghan families who are seeking asylum here in Loudoun County.
U.S. Disaster Relief
Respond to disasters in the U.S. by traveling to nationwide natural disaster sites, offering assistance with cleaning up debris and/or rebuilding while sharing the love of Jesus.
Cornerstone Classifieds is a way to connect our Cornerstone Chapel congregation with potential employment and/or housing opportunities. It is also a way for people within our church body to advertise job openings or rooms/homes for rent.
