FAQs

What To Know Before You Go

We have three services—at 8:15 am, 10:00 am, and 12:00 pm—and we recommend you arrive 30 minutes early to find parking and seats in the Sanctuary. Note, our Children's Ministry opens its doors 20 minutes before each service.

God wants us to "make a joyful shout to the LORD" (Psalm 100:1). There is no set style of worship that defines Cornerstone Chapel. We often sing current worship songs, but we love old hymns too! We encourage you to join with us as we raise our voices to glorify our Savior!
We have no dress code, and our congregation comes to church wearing anything from T-shirts and jeans to dresses and suits.
We share Communion twice a month—once on Sunday and once Wednesday. The scheduling varies.

Before and after every Sunday service, our Café is open for fellowship. We welcome you to chat with other Believers over a bite to eat or a cup of coffee.

We don’t generally make Pastor Gary’s full schedule public. His schedule can be dynamic, so we are not able to guarantee he will be here on any particular day—but he teaches here at Cornerstone as much as he can!

If your visit happens to fall on a date that Pastor Gary is away, we are certain that you will be blessed by the sermon from one of our assistant pastors or guest speakers chosen by Pastor Gary.

Sometimes Pastor Gary is available to greet visitors in the Atrium between services. When you arrive, visit the West Welcome Desk. Our Guest Services Coordinator can let you know whether Pastor Gary will be available that day. Please note, we cannot guarantee a meet-and-greet with Pastor Gary as his schedule is different from week to week, but we have a wonderful group of assistant pastors who would be thrilled to meet you!

At Cornerstone Chapel, we offer Children's Ministry for children from newborns up through grade 5 at all regular Sunday and Wednesday services. Our Special Needs Ministry is also available at all services to offer specialized care enabling everyone to participate in church life. We recommend you pre-register to make check-in faster.

Children are allowed in the sanctuary, but we recommend that you make use of our Children’s and our Special Needs Ministries. Our volunteers go through a background check and training to enable them to teach age-appropriate Bible lessons. This enables them to teach children about God at a level they can understand. These ministries are especially important on days when our pastors tackle mature topics and Bible stories.
Yes! Spanish translation is available at the 12:00 pm Sunday service. You can also watch recordings of past services in Spanish on our Spanish YouTube channel, "Cornerstone Chapel Español."

Yes! We have Middle School services at the Ministry Building available Sundays at 8:15 am, 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, and Wednesdays at 7:00 pm.

High School Ministry also meets in the Ministry Building on Thursdays at 7:00 pm.

Yes, simply ensure your handicap placard is easily visible and park your car.
You’re welcome to stop by the welcome center to ask for further information when you get here. In the meantime, email church@cornerstonechapel.net.
