If you are struggling or have struggled with an eating disorder such as compulsive overeating, binge eating, anorexia, or bulimia, you are not alone. Bread of Life invites women to experience abundant life in Christ, free from food bondage. This group is starting a new study in October and will meet in person at an offsite location on the first and third Mondays of the month and online on the second and fourth Mondays.
If you are ready to experience hope and healing, please email email@example.com with questions or for more information.
Cornerstone Mamas is a group of Christian moms from Cornerstone that connect through their Facebook group and various events throughout the school year. The Cornerstone Mamas team is here to encourage and support you as you enter into and journey through motherhood. The team also desires to create a place for prayer requests, practical referrals, and connecting with other moms that may live near you.

Restoration is a confidential, 11-week support/study group that helps women who have been sexually abused (at any age) find hope, strength, and healing in a safe community. In that moment of abuse, a woman’s three basic rights are taken away: her voice, her strength, and her trustworthy relationships. The heart of this ministry is to trust God to restore these rights, making beauty from ashes.
Due to the sensitive nature of this group and strict confidentiality, all women must attend by the second meeting or will need to wait until the next season to participate. There is no cost to attend this group; all materials are provided.
The next study starts in September 2021. If you would like more information or would like to attend the next study, please email Melinda at email@example.com
Almost 1 out of 3 women in the United States have experienced an abortion. Many struggle for years with repressed memories, guilt, shame, and depression. If you feel you have never completely healed or recovered from an abortion experience, or that a past abortion may be affecting your current quality of life, know that God yearns to give you hope, healing, and peace.
Surrendering The Secret is an eight-week, biblically-based study led by women who have been where you are. Our hope and prayer is to provide a compassionate and confidential environment that will bring healing and restoration through God’s Word.
The next study will start in September and will be offsite. If you would like to attend the next study or are in need of prayer, please email Cynthia at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your privacy will be closely guarded.
Meets every fourth Saturday of the month
This ministry provides encouragement through God’s Word and from widows who are farther along their journey. We will study the truths of Scripture, share about God’s faithfulness in our lives, and pray for our needs as widows. This group is for women in all stages of the journey.

The loss of a spouse is life-altering and often devastating beyond words. Finding God through such pain and confusion may be hard. The Widows’ Fellowship meets one Sunday a month for lunch and to support each other in sharing praise and prayer requests. They simply desire to love Christ, love one another, and keep their eyes fixed upon Christ to allow Him to create something beautiful in the midst of great loss.
If you would like more information about our fellowships, please email Marilyn at email@example.com or call the church office at (703) 771-1500.

Online – In 1 Timothy 4:13 The Lord instructs us to devote ourselves to the public reading of scripture, so on Tuesdays, we will meet together as sisters in Christ to read through the book of Genesis in our small groups, allowing the Holy Spirit to minister to our hearts in whatever circumstance and season of life we’re in. Each group leader will facilitate a time of discussion and prayer in the groups. There is an option to meet in person at Cornerstone or online
