The Cost of Compromise
Genesis 18-19
February 5, 2012
Genesis Old Testament

In Genesis 19 we read the troubling account of a city so wicked that God decides to judge it with burning sulfur from heaven. Equally troubling is the account of a man named Lot who lived in that city of Sodom and whose life had become marred with compromise. He had become so immune to the depravity around him that God had to send two angels to forcibly remove Lot and his family from Sodom as an act of mercy. How do we become immune to the sin around us, and in us? And what are the things we lose when compromise creeps into our lives? Learn a lesson from Lot in today’s study with Pastor Gary Hamrick.
