In the book of Numbers, the word “inheritance” is found 42 times. The inheritance that the Israelites are about to receive is LAND. The Promised Land. God had sworn it on oath to Abraham nearly 600 years earlier (Gen. 15:18). Their inheritance was the motivation they needed to persevere through the wilderness. In a similar way, God has promised us an inheritance in Christ which motivates us through difficult times as well. Follow along in today’s study from the closing chapters of the book of Numbers.
